February 13, 2003CNSG and Ansoft, together with Advisor Associates, jointly organised this Breakfast Forum, “The Future of Motorcar Sales Industry: Competing on More than Just Pricing” on the 15th January at the Carlton Hotel, Singapore. A total of 30 participants including senior executives from the motor vehicle industry attended the forum.
Mr Ramesh Vakiprath, Operations Manager, CommerceNet Singapore Ltd gave the welcome address. Mr Kenneth Chee, Colin Ng & Partners was the 1st speaker and he discussed “Maintaining & Serving Customers: A Legal Angle”.
The 2nd speaker, Mr Phuah Peng Hock, Senior Partner, Advisor Associates (S) Pte Ltd spoke on “Driving Motor Industry In Trouble Time”. He discussed issues on the importance of taking a holistic view and having accurate feedback on performance, capitalising on technology to manage where are you going, how are you doing and when you should do what and introduced the Growth Mentorship Program to the audience.
The last speaker, Mr Chia Yoong Hui, Founder & CEO, Ansoft IT Consultancy Pte Ltd spoke on “The New Economics of Information and IT Strategy in Motor Vehicle Industry” He discussed on how IT can assist you in your business management and how you can streamline your operation and strengthen your customer service with an integrated system.
