In part two of our Internet Payment series, Mr. Michael Nederlof, VP Marketing & Sales of TNT GlobalCollect shared with us his insight on WebCollect – a unique e-commerce payment solution that enabled (e-)merchants to offer their international customers a local payment solution that fits their local preference and culture.

Mr. Nederlof spoke about the secure and transparent credit card, bank transfer and cheque payment options available to online customers. Such a method was ideal for those customers who did not feel secure using credit cards on the Internet or simply did not own a credit card. Furthermore, customers could pay for goods in their local currency and using a payment method which best suit them as there were a range of local currency payment options for Internet transactions.
