Collaborative relationships are as diverse as the different sizes and shapes of your supply chain partners. What steps can you take today to position your organization to leverage collaboration across these complex relationships?
1. Connect all supply chain applications, including planning and execution systems to your ERP backbone in a real-time, event-driven manner.
2. Establish open communication with your trading partners. In order to increase supply chain velocity you must be able to synchronize with trading partners such as customers, distributors, suppliers, contract manufacturers or transportation providers.
3. Collaborate with your trading partners by operating or participating in a trading exchange. Results achieved and lessons learned by enterprises who have applied this three-step formula will be discussed
